It is a medium-sized tree, and its leaves can be used to make compresses and poultices or as an ointment to treat wounds and burns, speeding up the healing process.
However, its properties are more concentrated in the bark of the trunks and branches and in natural gynecology it is this part that we will use.
Studies have proven its antibacterial, antioxidant, analgesic, disinfectant, astringent, diuretic, coagulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-hemorrhagic and antiseptic properties.
