Method of preparation:
*Recommended water temperature: 85º to 100º
*Infusion time: 3 to 10 minutes.
*Recommended amount: 1 tablespoon of Echinacea root per liter of water. Up to 1L of Echinacea tea should be consumed daily at different times of the day.
