3 Year Old Tea - Organic Kukicha is produced with the highest quality stems from the Japanese regions of Kagoshima and Yabutika.
3 Year Old Tea - Kukicha Biológico is produced from various parts of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis), namely aged stems and leaves (usually 3 years old, justifying its name).
3 Year Old Tea - Kukicha Biológico has a very characteristic taste, with a creamy texture, and is traditionally used in situations of gastric and intestinal discomfort or pain, contributing to the functioning of the digestive system. It can also be beneficial for the liver and kidneys, thanks to its alkalizing effect.
3 Years Tea - Organic Kukicha was introduced to the West by the philosopher George Ohsawa and is a great tea for daily use, as it contains virtually no caffeine and can be used by adults and children alike. Kukicha tea has an alkalizing effect and consequently strengthens and refreshes us when tired. In the case of insomnia it has a sedative effect; it can relieve nausea and gastritis.
Method of preparation:
*Recommended water temperature: 70º to 80º
*Infusion time: 1 - 2 minutes.
*Recommended quantity: 1 teaspoon per person. Approx. 2grs / cup (240ml).
*Indicative values which may vary according to personal taste.
