    Red Tea Pu Erh Leaves

    Teas | Medicinal Plants | Aromatic Herbs | Tisanes | Infusions

    Unlike most teas, Pu Erh red tea is traditionally compacted and aged for at least a few years before being consumed, undergoing a post-fermentation process that gives it a characteristic mineral flavor. For this reason, it is also classified, as with wines, by its year of production, with the oldest Pu-erh costing real fortunes.

    It should be noted that Pu-erh is the name given to tea from Pu'er County. What is special about this county's tea production is the habit of pressing and aging the tea in a controlled manner in order to generate post-fermentation. This tea can also be consumed before it is aged, like green tea, but the most prized Pu-erh is aged.

    Pu Erh Red Tea consists of aged loose leaves full of fruity notes. This natural formula can be enjoyed at any time of day as it is low in caffeine. Enjoy this fresh-tasting tea and share your experience!

    Nowadays, Western culture attaches a lot of importance to this tea simply because it is a "fat eater" and reduces cholesterol, but Pu-ehr is much more than that:

    • Movement of Chi, of internal energy;
    • It warms up the body;
    • Accelerates the liver's metabolism;
    • Detoxifies the body;
    • Antidepressant;
    • Depurative;
    • Facilitates digestion;
