Goji berries are a powerful natural vitamin and antioxidant. Like citrus fruits, they contain a high percentage of vitamin C, which can help strengthen your defenses against colds and flu. Only recently, with the discovery of its nutritional qualities and antioxidant power, have Goji berries begun to attract the interest of science and Western consumers.

In most cases, Goji berries are eaten raw, with breakfast cereals, as a complement to yogurt, or in salads, smoothies or juices, and some people even use them in soups, rice or sauces. The recommended daily dose is around 20 to 40 grams.
