English Breakfast Black Tea Premium Blend
Teas | Medicinal Plants | Aromatic Herbs | Tisanes | Infusions
English Breakfast is one of the most popular blends of Black Teas in English Tea Culture. This incorporated formula is ideal for breakfast with milk and sugar, in true English style.
English Breakfast is a blend of different types of tea, created by the English in the 19th century, to be enjoyed in the morning, as its general composition is strong, intended to accompany the breakfast (with meat, eggs, etc.) that the British usually eat.
The Black Teas used in this blend can vary. Usually, the predominant teas are Assam, Ceylon, Darjeeling or Kenyan. Keemun Black Tea can be included in more expensive blends.
Here's how to prepare your cold tea: Pour two tablespoons of tea into 1.5 liters of boiled water, let it cool and then put it in the fridge. If you want to add sugar to your tea, you should do so while it's still hot. For a healthier option, add 1 dessert spoon of stevia (don't let it steep for more than 3 minutes as it will make your drink too sweet). You get a wonderful ICE TEA without any added sugars or artificial preservatives.
