If you want to add sugar to your tea, you should do so while it's still hot. For a healthier option, add 1 dessert spoon of stevia (don't let it steep for more than 3 minutes as it will make your drink too sweet). You get a wonderful ICE TEA without any added sugars or artificial preservatives.

*Recommended water temperature: 100º
*Infusion time: 3 - 5 minutes.
*Recommended quantity: 1 teaspoon per person. Approximately 4 grams per cup.
